Another vendor spotlight this week!  Working with a talented team of vendors, who work cohesively, and share the same creative vision for your wedding day is so important.  This especially comes into play when choosing your visual storytelling team– photography & videography.

Over the past few years photographing weddings, I have worked with a number of videographers. This is going to sound so cheesy, but I literally met my soulmate with Jacquie.  Jacquie is the primary videographer and owner of Jacquelyn Daley Cinematography and she is phenomenal.  I truly mean it.  I am so sad that I didn’t know her before Zach and I got married– this girl and her team are a game changer.  After working multiple weddings & styled shoots with Jacquie and her team, I actually ONLY recommend them because I think the photographer-videographer relationship is so important.  Jacquie is professional, extremely quirky, and crazy creative.  It’s so rewarding to work with someone who has a similar creative style and eye for gorgeous, flattering light.  Something that is significant is also our shared sense of capturing emotion and each couple’s individual story.

“The driving force behind all of my work is my obsession with emotion.  Emotion is the only thing that matters in this one life we live.  This work has taught me that life is fleeting.  We don’t know how long we have here, and I try to film everyone I love as much as I can, because we never know the last time that we’ll get to see that smile.  We are not immortal… But my videos are.”  — Jacquie

“I’m a hopeless romantic and I want to tell your story — the laughter, the teary eyes, the hand holding and embraces, the energy.  It is important for me to get to know my clients on a personal level so I can be genuine and create timeless images that travel generations.  I get excited when you get excited.  I cry when you cry.  I laugh when you laugh.  I tell your story best when I feel what you feel.”  –Ali
